2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup mustard microgreens
Salt to taste
Optional: sliced radishes for garnish
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and salt to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
Generously pile the mustard microgreens on top of the avocado spread.
Garnish with sliced radishes if desired, and serve immediately.
