Growing Standards

Every tray that leaves our facility follows the same handling protocol.

Clean Harvest

All harvests performed with clean gloves and sanitized cutting tools. Grow medium never contacts the cut canopy. Equipment sanitized between grows.

Cold Chain

Temperature-controlled from harvest to market or delivery. Cut greens are refrigerated immediately after harvest and transported in cooled conditions.

Controlled Environment

Grown indoors in a climate-controlled space. No pesticides, no herbicides, no outdoor contamination vectors. Clean water and clean grow medium.
